RSQUARE Analytics (RA), a commercial real estate data platform developed by Korean proptech company RSQUARE, has secured a client base that includes global institutional investors such as GIC, DWS, and PAG, along with major domestic institutions like the Korea Real Estate Board, Samsung Securities, IGIS Asset Management, and Koramco — all within just three months of its launch.
RSQUARE Analytics (RA) provides comprehensive lifecycle data on approximately 6,200 commercial properties—including office buildings and logistics centers—covering leasing, sales, and development information. The platform conducts regular surveys on rental rates and tenant information for over 1,600 office buildings and 1,100 logistics centers, enabling time-series analysis and tracking market trends and changes.
While RSQUARE leverages AI and big data analytics, it also deploys over 80 field researchers each month to conduct on-site visits and interviews with property management companies and tenants. As a result of these efforts, more than 20 additional domestic and international institutions are currently conducting trials, and approximately 40 organizations have recently experienced the service through beta testing.
