[뉴스스페이스=김정영 기자] 엔비디아가 '어닝 서프라이즈'에 힘입어 주가가 20% 넘게 급등했다. 엔비디아는 반도체 기업으론 처음 시가총액 1조달러(1330조원) 진입을 눈앞에 뒀다. 25일(현지시간) 뉴욕증시에서 엔비디아 주가는 전날보다 24.37% 급등한 379.80달러에 거래를 마쳤다. 역대 최고치다. 장중에는 394.8달러까지 치솟았다. 이에 따라 엔비디아의 시가총액은 하루 만에 1840억달러(약 245조원) 불어난 9390억 달러(1248조8700억원)를 기록했다. 미국 기업 역사상 하루 시총 증가 폭으로는 최대라고 마켓워치는 전했다. 엔비디아의 시총 증가 폭은 월트디즈니, 넷플릭스, 나이키, 보잉, 나이키 등 유명 기업의 시총보다 크다. 엔비디아 주가는 올해 들어서만 160% 폭등하면서 시총 1조 달러를 앞두고 있다. 엔비디아가 1조 달러 클럽에 진입하면 반도체 기업으로는 처음이다. 전 세계 증시에서 시총이 1조 달러를 넘는 기업은 애플(2조7200억 달러)과 마이크로소프트(2조4230억 달러), 사우디 아람코(2조590억달러), 구글 모회사 알파벳(1조5730억 달러), 아마존(1조1790억 달러) 등 5곳뿐이다. 엔비디아의 작년
